One person with passion and a vision can make a profound difference.

Wildlife Conservation Network (WCN) believes the best way to save endangered animals is to support conservation entrepreneurs who work in cooperation with local communities. We identify best-in-field conservationists and give them the capital and tools they need to create sustainable futures for imperiled wildlife and the habitats in which they live.

Our objective is to provide help in developing countries where it is needed most. We support our field-based conservation Partners for a term of five years. In that time WCN provides the financial, technical and marketing help that is needed in any start-up organization. After five years, our Partners become Fellows and continue to share their knowledge and experience with other conservationists and supporters in our network. This innovative venture capital approach yields a satisfying return on investment for our donors, for endangered species, and for the people who share their lands.

Please explore our website to learn more about the wildlife conservation projects pioneered by WCN's courageous conservation entrepreneurs, and how you can help these projects succeed in protecting endangered species around the world.
